The Crooked Billet Wimbledon

We had the set menu  offer for The Fork . We had the shop and antipasto for the starter. Chicken Milanese and linguine with beef. Pannecotta for desert. The food was delicious. Portions were large.  Went at 3pm, and it was quiet. Service was good, We have bn there several times now as the offer on The Fork is very good indeed.

I went to the theatre next door and decided to have some dinner afterwards. I dined solo and had a lovely relaxing time, staff attentive and the food was tasty and well presented, will definitely return.

Best meal in ages. Food outstanding. Service helpful and efficient. Dining room very pleasant. Buzzy without being raucous. 3 course meal for 2 with cocktails and wine &pound;150.
